1 – Use of the Paradigmas website

Objectives / Services: The main objective of the Paradigmas website is to offer its users Paradigmas content – online content and content updates.

2 – Site content / Intellectual Property

“Site content” means all information present on this portal, namely text, images, illustrations, graphic design, web design and software. The intellectual property rights of all Paradigmas content that are not externally supplied and as such are duly identified, belong to Paradigmas, including information, tools, graphic design of the pages on the Internet, with all its components, and all graphics figures or texts. 3 – Duties of Users / Prohibited Uses

The user undertakes not to attack or illegally use the systems or the Paradigmas website, being responsible and bearing all costs associated with illicit actions attributed to him. Among others, illicit actions are considered:

Without prejudice to the provisions of the preceding paragraph, Paradigmas cannot yet be held responsible for any suspension or interruption of access that may occur due to reasons that are not attributable to it or that are attributable as a mere negligence.

5 – Security

Users of the Paradigmas website declare and guarantee that they are perfectly aware of the characteristics and constraints, limitations and defects of the Internet, and in particular that data and information transmissions via the Internet only benefit from relative technical reliability, circulating in heterogeneous networks of characteristics and capabilities. various techniques that disrupt access or make it impossible at certain times. 6 – Alert
